- Case Managers should refer clients who are already employed, those who are seeking better employment or retention of employment to Sarah Sanchez
- Case Managers should refer clients who are seeking day labor or who are deemed ready for work to Tony Padilla
- What is the minimum or maximum number of courses that clients are allowed to register for per semester?
- Clients are assessed and advised on an individual basis, which will determine the appropriate amount of courses for which he or she should register

The Veterans Training School provides the following resources:
- Pre-vocational courses in business and computers
- Vocational courses in Commercial Driver's License, Security Officer Training and Culinary Arts
- Life skills courses in money management and self-esteem classes
- Information Resource Center (IRC), which provides:
- Computer lab with Internet access
- Resource library
- One-on-one computer instruction
- Job search assistance
- Online application assistance
- Assistance in obtaining online e-mail accounts
